Volga Quest
is a very unusual and
interesting event. It is the annual International
sled dog race. The race goes through the
ice routes from south to north, through 10
towns and cities of the Volga region, with
the participation of the best mushers in
Russia and abroad. Race unites the peoples,
traditions, dreams and the historical facts
of the three regions of the Volga: Samara,
Ulyanovsk and the Republic of Tatarstan. The
founders of Volga Quest are Arthur Chubakin,
a member of the Russian Geographical
Society, and Svetlana Semenova, head of the
task group “Serebro Severa” (“Silver of the
North”). The race is three years old, but is
has already gained popularity among people.
Yacht Club Druzhba
(Friendship) was founded
on the 6th of April, 1965. The initiators of the
club foundation were Kondratiy Gunyashov,
Vladimir Tyutyunnikov, Eleonora Uchaykina,
Aleksandr Nikitin, Sergey Kolobanov, and
Dmitriy Kulbitskiy. In three years the team of
Druzhba won the city spartakiad. In 1969 the
regional team was created. The majority of the
team was from the club. Currently, Druzhba is
fully sponsored by KuibyshevAzot OJSC. Its
water area can host 100 vessels ranging in size
from 6 to 24 meters. There are three schools and
140 sportsmen at the yacht club.

VOLGA Boat Show-2015
is the exhibition
of boats, yachts and appropriate equipment. The
exhibitionspaceallowsshowingboatsandequipment
inside exhibition pavilions, outside and at the pier on
the water. The Boat Show gives the exhibitors an
opportunity to organize test drives, presentations,
master classes and other events. Besides, all the
exhibits may be driven fromMoscow, St. Petersburg,
Turkey, Finland, and other countries by the water way
under their own power.S

Business resource to be one of the most
important resources of the country. Today it is very
important to use it correctly. The crisis complicates
the conditions for the business community, but at
the same time it is a challenge to entrepreneurs
to find innovative solutions. The State Duma has
introduced a number of bills providing special
conditions for entrepreneurs. Small and medium-
sized businesses can also count on regional
subsidies. TheChamber of Commerce and Industry
of Togliatti has always supported the initiatives
of local entrepreneurs. Every year it holds such
contests as Golden Mercury and Entrepreneur of
the Year and sees that the entrepreneurial activity
of the city is growing. Three Togliatti companies
became winners of the Federal stage of the National
Award of the CCI of the Russian Federation in the
sphere of business activity and represented our
city at the awarding ceremony in Moscow.

Ilya Muromets
is a restaurant in Russian
style. It has two archaicized halls. The restaurant
seats 120 people. There is also a VIP hall with a
picturesque fireplace. This hall seats 40 people.
The tsar meets guest at the front door. All the
dishes have original names. The restaurant is
always ready to hold any celebration: weddings,
anniversaries, and corporate parties. The
restaurant has the YELL-2014 Certificate of
Quality Standard.

VEGA
is a multifunctional office and retail
center. It consists of a four-star hotel, a business
center and a shopping and entertainment complex.
These three components of the center are located
in two buildings, connected by a passage. A
multiplex cinema, called Vega Film, consists
of four spacious halls with a total capacity of
570 seats. The cinema is the first in the Volga
region and the tenth in Russia that has installed
digital cinema equipment with the possibility
of demonstrating films in 3D. Besides, there is
a skating-rink, a family center, bars, a chain of
coffee houses, travel agencies, a supermarket,
a night club, bank offices, a learning English
school, and a dance studio in the center. VEGA is
the second tallest building in the city after the VAZ
skyscraper. The total area is 60 000 sq.m.

Aeroholl
is a shopping and leisure centre,
founded in 2005. Its area is 30 thousand square
meters. The capacity of the car park is 600.
From time to time the center holds social events
and activities. It collaborates with different
charity funds. Aeroholl has an economically
advantageous location. It is easy for the citizens
from different parts of Togliatti to reach it. Every
year the center celebrates its birthday.

Russ na Volge
is a popular shopping center
of European standard in Togliatti. It is in the top five
shopping centers of Russia. The center was open
in 1983. Among the shopping area and business
center it has a complex of household services, the
atrium for exhibitions and events, cafes, restaurants,
and other facilities. The second building of the
center will have been built by 2017.

The Vikings
(Vikings) Trading Company
has been an official dealer of AVTOVAZ since
1995. The company has a huge amount of clients
from the whole Russia. It collaborates with foreign
partners, such as Ford and Nissan. A new salon
of low-end cars called Datsun was built not long
ago. At the moment Vikingi is the only official
dealer of Ford in Togliatti. In 2015 the company
has been celebrating its 20-year anniversary. All
the people who stood at the origins of Vikings still
work in the company.

Apex
is a modern and fast-growing
company. It produces and sells interior doors
and accessories. Apex was founded in May 2006.
At first the company was engaged in wholesale
and retail trade. In two years it opened its own
production of the door leaves. The company
started to manufacture up to 700 door units per
month. In 2009 Apex expanded the production. It
began production of veneer doors, partition arches
and kitchen fronts. At the moment the company
produces several types of doors. In 2012 it opened
its own furniture factory.

(Cosy Windows) LLC is a
manufacturing and trading company producing
structural aluminum and plastic packages. It
has been working in Togliatti since 1996. It is
one of the first companies in the city which sell
windows packages. At the moment the company is
also engaged into manufacturing of doors, office
dividers, balcony frames, and other plasctic and
aluminium goods.
